    Promotion Period<\/h2>\n

    \n The promotion starts at 12:01am AEDT on 1 December 2025<\/strong> and ends at\n 11:59pm AEDT on 28 February 2026<\/strong> (\u201cPromotion Period\u201d).\n <\/p>\n <\/li>\n\n

    Eligibility<\/h2>\n

    • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.<\/li>\n
    • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.<\/li>\n
    • A valid Gear Express customer account is required to enter.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/li>\n\n

      How to Enter<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • \n Customers automatically receive one (1) entry per customer per day<\/strong> when they complete a\n Gear Express booking with a value of over $100 (including GST)<\/strong> during the Promotion Period.\n <\/li>\n
      • \n \u201cBooking\u201d refers to a confirmed hire transaction made through the Gear Express website, Booqable store,\n or via the operations team.\n <\/li>\n
      • No additional purchase, fee, or action is required to enter.<\/li>\n
      • \n Entries are limited to one per customer per calendar day, regardless of the number or value of bookings made\n by that customer on that day.\n <\/li>\n
      • \n Entries are recorded automatically via the customer account associated with the qualifying booking.\n <\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/li>\n\n
      • \n

        Prize<\/h2>\n
          \n
        • There is one (1) prize<\/strong> consisting of a Gear Express hire voucher valued at $499<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        • The voucher is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be used for hire bookings only.<\/li>\n
        • Standard hire terms, availability and booking policies apply when redeeming the voucher.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/li>\n\n

          Prize Draw<\/h2>\n
            \n
          • \n The winner will be selected via a random draw on 1 March 2026<\/strong> at\n Unit 24, 2 Cobham Street, Reservoir VIC 3073<\/strong>.\n <\/li>\n
          • The draw will be conducted fairly and randomly using an appropriate method.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/li>\n\n
          • \n

            Winner Notification and Publication<\/h2>\n
              \n
            • \n The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their Gear Express account within\n two (2) business days of the draw.\n <\/li>\n
            • \n The winner\u2019s first name and the first initial of their surname will also be published on the promotion\n landing page at gearex.com.au<\/strong>.\n <\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/li>\n\n

              Prize Claim and Redraw<\/h2>\n
                \n
              • The winner must claim the prize within 90 days<\/strong> of being notified.<\/li>\n
              • \n If the prize is not claimed within this time, the Promoter may conduct a redraw using the same method\n at the same location.\n <\/li>\n
              • \n Any redraw winner will be notified via email within two (2) business days of the redraw and will be\n published on the promotion landing page.\n <\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/li>\n\n
